What does purchasing a cabin mean?
What is an Annual Site? Basically, you own the structure on the site, whether that be a caravan and annexe or cabin and you pay an annual fee to occupy the site for holiday use. Your annual agreement allows 24 hour access to your site over 160 days a year, so you can come and go as you please.
